Goethe, a leading figure in German literature, says that every day we should hear at least one little song, read one good poem, see one exquisite picture, and, if possible, speak a few sensible words.

🎥 Kurzgesagt – In a Nutshell – the team behind the channel creates mind-blowing animation videos that explain things on different topics with optimistic nihilism, as they say.
I encourage you to watch as many videos as possible – the playlists are so cool (Futurism; What if; Immune System; Ants; and so on).
🎥 Lost in Admiration – Daria, one inspiring lady who has left the corporate world behind, has created a safe and therapeutic YouTube space where she shares free advice and ideas – things to do that will save your mental health, how to stop the endless scrolling, and more.
Personally, my favorite videos are from her series where she looks at ideas that hold us back and make us miserable – yet somehow are still normalised and widespread in the society. I highly recommend checking them out.

🎥 Modern Stoic – this channel can be described as the weekly podcast of the Bulgarian Stoic Society.
I allowed myself to include and recommend it to all Bulgarian speakers, as the topics covered are fascinating – Women and Stoicism; How not to offend ourselves; Death, the good life, and benefits of the Stoicism; Minimalism; and so on.

I am so grateful that these global conferences exist and give us the opportunity to hear stories, ideas, and dreams that inspire us to be better.

🎥 Therapy in a nutshell – this channel embraces everyone who wants to receive more knowledge on such important themes that have marked our life at some point – trauma, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and so on. Emma McAdam is a licensed marriage and family therapist, and her mission is to make mental health resources easier to access.
🎥 Veritasium – the name of the channel is very original (an element of truth), and Derek Muller creates videos about science, education, and anything else that can be considered interesting.
If you are eager to learn more about the surprising secret of synchronization; the most misunderstood concepts in physics, and more, you are in the right place.

I would add that Michael Stevens is a fantastic American educator and public speaker. He creates engaging and thought-provoking videos on science, philosophy, psychology, and general knowledge.
